Brynteg Surgery has a zero tolerance policy and will not accept violence or abuse to their staff. The practice reserves the right to remove from the doctor’s list without prior warning, any patient who is verbally or physically abusive to any member of staff at this practice or anyone who ignores their responsibility to the practice as described in our Patients Charter.
