Please be advised, that as a temporary measure, where you have a regular and stable condition we will be supplying 3 x one monthly post dated prescriptions for the next 3 months. Please note you will only be able to use the 2nd and 3rd prescription when they are due and will need to keep these safe. It will mean that you do not need to come into the surgery whilst we prioritise our response to the current situation. Please be advised, if any part of the prescription contains certain medication, or we need to monitor a condition, we will not be able to offer this.
